We run 7-week antenatal courses for expectant parents, with each weekly session being themed and led by a specialist speaker on that topic, all of our speakers are registered professionals in their recognised fields. Our in-person sessions include yoga and relaxation to promote physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Learn about nutrition, the importance of emotional well being in pregnancy, what happens to your body in pregnancy and how to prepare for labour, how acupuncture can help you, how to succeed at breast feeding, learn about first aid for your baby and get to know other parents-to-be.

If you need our help we are happy to support you with the following:
- 1:1 advice with breast feeding, sleeping, bathing, going out
- Individual support; help with looking after your baby while you rest
- Help with light shopping, going out with you and your baby
- Safety around the house
- Weaning your baby

A series of classes to help you prepare for the birth, get ready to be a parent, ensure the health and safety of your newborn. A series of 8 sessions with a range of professionals; a space for you to ask the questions you want to ask; an opportunity to be with other women. All sessions close with 30 minutes of yoga breathing and relaxation. Sessions will include:
- Introduction and how to have a straightforward pregnancy and birth (Midwife led)
- Nutrition and breastfeeding (led by nutritionists and breastfeeding counsellors)
- First aid and baby illnesses (led by a Physician’s Associate)
- Well-being: feeling well emotionally and mentally (led by a psychotherapist)
- Support during labour and pregnancy and creating a birth plan
- Pain relief and labour (Midwife led)
- The ‘fourth trimester’, post-partum support and information (all involved) breast is best – led by physician assistant based at London hospital
